Natalie Portman takes a stroll with her pup Charlie through a West Village park in rainy New York City on Thursday afternoon.

The 27-year-old actress also took Charlie on a stroll yesterday afternoon (pictured below) where she tried to block out the paparazzi by hiding her face with a copy of The New York Times.

Natalie‘s volunteer work at a New York City phone bank for President-elect Barack Obama certainly paid off in the recent election. Natalie is one of many celebrities rejoicing in the win.
