OlderDavid Archuleta Takes Over TRL
David Archuleta gets the crowd going wild as he performs on MTV’s TRL in New York City on Tuesday afternoon.
The 17-year-old American Idol runner up’s debut album hit stores today just as his new song Desperate hits the airwaves. David was recently interviewed on The Billy Bush Show and said this about his self-titled album: “We experimented on this album and that way I didn’t get stuck in a niche. I wanted to make sure there was a variety.”

His new album is great !! I got all 17 songs and especially bonus tracks are amazing !! The songs he wrote and co-wrote are very good, too.

He’s a great singer, but he seems to get nervous during interviews. He kind of gets mixed with his words because of it, it’s still cute though…no sweat. haha
