OlderHilary Duff Scores Own NBC Show
Hilary Duff will start in her own TV series on NBC, reports Variety.
The deal with NBC also will have the 21-year-old singer/actress meet with writers and choose which current NBC shows to guest star in.
NBC Entertainment exec VP Teri Weinberg said they signed the Duffster because she has a “huge following”.
Hil will next be seen in the 2009 features Safety Glass, Stay Cool and Greta.

Oh, she’s extricating herself from Disney, good for her. She’s grown up well. This is a great idea for her to show the world how mature she’s become like her peers. Too bad some people can’t accept her growing up.

hilary has a huge following because though dignity sucked, she sold over 100,000 copies in the frst week because her fans are loyal….
duff’s music ain’t dat good but she pulls in big number as sales. nbc sees dat though hil is not doing so well, she can still pull in the numbers.

if you all are gonna bash and ridicule hilary duff or nbc stay off here cuz theres no point in having a negative attitude.. hilary has worked hard to be in the industry and is still trying to make it.. shes an amazing actress, amazing singer, and just an amazing person.. if u dont like her, be the fan of some one else.. no one is requiring u to listen to her music or watch her movies, so dont if u think shes horrible.. yes, u have the freedom to right what u want on here, but if ur just gonna be negative, whats the point?
