The Starter Wife star Debra Messing slips into an aqua bikini for the January 2009 issue of Shape Magazine.
“My ideal date with [my husband Daniel Zelman, executive producer of FX's Damages] would be a spectacular meal, maybe Italian, followed by dancing. That’s a New Year’s resolution I’m looking forward to,” she tells Shape, via USA Today.
Debra‘s next comedy, Nothing Like the Holidays, opens everywhere on Dec. 12. She plays the the wife of John Leguizamo‘s character.

I put her in the same category as Jennifer Aniston. Cute, but more meh, who cares, this could be the girl in the cubicle next to you, average, nothing special. Just anoter aging TV actress who wants to be a movie star but who is best suited on the small screen, just like Jennifer, she doesn’t have that movie zing and “it” factor. The only diff is that one married the A-lister Brad Pitt so people think she’s more star-worthy because of that, but Debra and Jennifer are actually on the same in terms of wow-factor….they both have none.

I 100% AGREE with anonymous. Dime a dozen. And, she looks so PROUD of that body. I guess she anticipated final photoshop approval before smiling that big. Big woop! These people need to get over themselves.

So true LOL!! If Debra had married Brad Pitt she would be the one all over the tabloids, chased by paps and talked about, not Jennifer. Marriage to Brad is the only reason Jennifer gets so much attention, yep her acting and career path is basically the same as Debra’s (same age, both on sitcoms) but Debra doesn’t have the Brad coat-tail!! This is what Jennifer’s life and careeer would be like if she had not married A-List, just another hohum tv actress. No wonder Jennifer is hanging on to jilted-wife-once-married-to-hot-Brad for dear life, it keeps her from being like all the other girl tv actresses.

I thought Jennifer was the reason Brad became famous? not the other way around. Brad is NOT a A-lister, not in my book anyways. Any man who starts an affair while still being married is a total jack***

Guess you hate most of hollywood, sports stars, politicians etc. to name a few:–Ethan Hawke (cheated on Uma), Ryan Phillippe (cheated on Reese), Tom Cruise (moved in w/P Cruz while married to Kidman), Robin Williams, Kevin Costner, Clint Eastwood, Billy Bob Thornton, Madonna, Meg Ryan, Sean Penn, David Duchovney, Marlon Brando, Robert Redford, Gwynth Paltrow (she cheated on Pitt), Bill Clinton, Teddy Kennedy, John F. Kennedy, Dwight Eisenhower, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan and I could go on and on and on.
But oh wait. All this hatred is reserved for America’s so called sweetheart’s exhusband. Even tho all three said nothing happened until they were separated, you just decide to judge Brad and Brad alone. Haven’t seen you posting **** on anyone else on this site.
I thought she was the least funny on Will and Grace. I did see her in some movie, a comedy, where she cheats on (maybe Ben Stiller)?

Maniston was famous only inside North America but Brad was globally famouse for the last 16 yrs.
Outside NA, Maniston was only know as mega star Brad Pitt TV sitcom wife previously and now the scorned , whinny x wife. nothing else!
Guess you guys had to take a little time from improving your six pack abs and 3% bodyfat bodies to crack on Debra Messing. She is a beautiful woman who is welcome at my campfire anytime.
