OlderKirsten Dunst is on Stalker Alert
Kirsten Dunst has obtained a restraining order against alleged stalker Christopher Smith.
The declaration states, “Mr. Smith has repeatedly shown up uninvited at my place of residence in Los Angeles, going so far as to ignore police warnings, bypass my personal security measures, trespass on my property, and attempt to gain entry into my home.”
“Mr. Smith‘s sudden, aggressive, and harassing efforts to contact me are extremely frightening. I fear not only for my own personal safety, but also for the safety and well being of my housemate and assistant.”
A private security guard adds, “[Mr. Smith was] arrested and subsequently placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold.”

That’s dreadful. What a nightmare! The world is full of loonies. If I were Kirsten, I would be contemplating relocation now. This Smith nut job will be out in 72 hours; he most certainly can put himself together for such short period of time. What then?
lol i would hate to have someone like that….its scary no matter who you are….who would be that obsessed with somebody? It’s kind of pathetic…I can see being a die hard fan of someone but trying to break onto their property, etc…. just stupid….some people are so ridiculous….

I wonder where her place of residence in LA is. I thought it was on Nichols Canyon Drive in the Hollyweird Hills, but perhaps not. Anyhoo it is very difficult to keep addresses secret. I thought she lived mainly in New York in any case.
RIGHT, NUMBER # 4, AND NUMBER # 9…..I would have a gun OR a stun gun with me at all times…What a sick-o !!!!….72 hours is NOT a long time for anything….If he ignored the previous warnings, then nothing fazes him……Not when he is obviously infatuated with her…Go on a long trip, dear, and let them catch this odd ball again….maybe, next time, he will be kept longer.

that’s scary! I’ve seen kirsten out but she’s usually with her girlfriends.. without a bodyguard!
