OlderMatt Lanter Joins 90210
Former Heroes guest star Matt Lanter has signed on to play a bad boy Liam in CW’s 90210, reports People.
The 25-year-old actor, who once competed in Bravo’s Manhunt: The Search for America’s Most Gorgeous Male Model, will shake things up at West Beverly High (especially with Naomi, played by AnnaLynne McCord).
90210 returns with new episodes on Tuesday, Jan. 6. Matt will first appear in an episode in February.

Forgot to add – he looks like Nick Lachey – when Nick Lachey was younger, buffer and hotter.
His blue eyes are electrifying!! I swear it was like love at first sight with him, I mean he’s gorgeous, but I love Ozzie on 90210 too and I thought things were finally progressing with him and Naomi? Maybe this is not the best time to throw him into the story? But I want to see him play a bad boy.
Great. He’s cute. Though, the reason the show is such a failure is that it doesn’t focus on the group’s dynamics. They’re going to keep bringing in bisexuals and long lost sons without showing us viewers reasons to care about the main characters. Whatever.

Ah, Matt! He’s absolutely gorgeous, and I love him. :P I’ve loved him, especially in The Cutting Edge 3. He’s a great actor, and whoa those eyes and that smile! :D
I’d love to see him play the bad boy. But honestly, I’m not sure about him fitting into the show.

He’s not going to be paired w/ Stroup’s character most likely it’s McCord and Grimes, Lauren London is going to be paired off on Stroup/Wilds.

He was the cutest guy in Manhunt; I watched that horrible reality show just for him! I have no idea how he made the cut as a model with his flabby body at the time, but his face is adoooorable.

He was also a cast member of Commander In Chief, that show where Geena Davis was president. He played her son.
I can tell there is going to be A LOT of drama in these new episodes.
Beverly Hills 90210 is a selectively homophobic show with a bisexual double standard. Note how it’s always a bisexual female they add and never a bisexual male. Shows like this are simply accommodating the fetishes and phobias of sleazy straight guys who don’t give a rat’s about gay rights.
He’s also the voice of Anakin Skywalker on The Clone Wars animated series, and does a really nice job there.
