Hugh Jackman trades in the sunny skies for the snowy city!
The 40-year-old actor caught a departing flight to New York City out of LAX airport in Los Angeles on Friday. Hugh will be spending Christmas in the Big Apple! He has said, “I’m going to be in New York with my family. I’ll be going to the Nutcracker, I’ll be going to Rockefeller Plaza, I’ll be going to the Rockettes, maybe catch a Knicks game or two…. I’ve just been at home [in Australia] for two years straight, so I’ll be okay. But I actually like the snow. I like the cold – it’s all different, it’s all a novelty to me.”
And if you haven’t heard yet, Hugh will be hosting the Oscars next year!

I think “Australia” is a wonderful movie – I’ve seen it multiple times and will continue to go see it as long as it’s on the big screen. Don’t let the critics scare you away.
