High School Musical starlet Ashley Tisdale shows off her fabulous figure on the January 2009 cover of Shape magazine. Here are some interview snippets from the 23-year-old actress:
On always being petite: “I was always super thin — too skinny, actually. I felt like someone could break me in half.”
On her big motivator, personal trainer Christopher Hebert: “He’s cute, which makes it fun, and he never lets our exercise session get boring.”
On her guilty pleasure foods: “I love carbs. Bread, corn bread, french fries—all that stuff.”
On eating healthy: “I’ve found I’m definitely eating better since I started working out more rigorously. It kind of happened naturally. I don’t really crave junk food that often now.”

I heat when the Photoshop the pictures, she does not looks like that. I have seen her in a bikini before, and she does not look like that, she didn’t even need Photoshop I heat when magazines try to sell women those kinds of images.

uggh thats not a flattering picture of her…why do they always get really skinny people on this magazine…are they implying that bigger people arent healthy…Get Oprah on the cover she may not be super skinny but she is healthy…or atleast someone with some meat on their bones

well, one might say that the problem is that magazines shouldn’t put girls who weight MAYBE 110 pounds on the cover and then get all other women to think they need to look like that.
i agree with jess, everybody’s body DOES look the same on that magazine cover. how about we mix it up a bit?

They should have chosen somebody who actually has a nice body. They totally photoshopped Ashley’s body. Look at her bikini pics…she doesn’t have curves. And her face! Can you say hideous?!
They should put vanessa hudgens…she has a better body! and they won’t need to photoshop curves!

EVERYBODY is photoshopped. I remember this guy model spoke at my hs and said that all of his pics were photoshopped to perfection and he didnt even really look like his pics.
#22, we all know everyone gets photoshopped a bit, but Ashley’s picture has a completely different body!
