Vegan Alanis Morissette her shed 20 pounds since September. The 34-year-old “Ironic” singer had this to share with OK!
On what she ate that made her gain weight: “A lot of salt and processed grains like bread. I was a sandwich person, and if I had rice, I would pack the salt on.”
On what her boyfriend attorney Tom Ballanco thinks of her weight loss: “He just cares about my well-being. He thought I was sexy at whatever weight that I’ve been. I’ve never felt loved in that way before.”
On having a wedding soon: “I could see in the not too distant future being married with children, absolutely, but I’m in no crazy rush. I wildly respect him. How he views the world, the lens through which he looks at life is very similar to mine. To have that in common makes me sleep well at night.”

wow it’s been quite a while. good thing she’s back. not looking too good with the pants though.
She is a total bad ass! Good for her for being healthy, smart and wickedly talented.
I never thought she’d buy into the hollywood diet syndrome. she was fine before and seemed to be content with her body. i guess the bad mouthing press got to her. sad

But she was sooo happy with herself when she got all out of shape though. Some people are so full of ****. And now she wants people to believe she simply cut out carbs? Whatever. Newsflash, Alanis: All the working out and starvation in the world won’t put you back on the map.
