Dakota Fanning keeps it cute in a one-shoulder blue dress at the 2009 People’s Choice Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Wednesday (January 7) in Los Angeles.
The 14-year-old actress picked up the PCA trophies for Favorite Movie Drama (beating out 21 and Eagle Eye) and Favorite Independent Movie (trumping The Duchess and Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day).
