OlderCharlotte Church Welcomes Son
Welsh pop singer Charlotte Church and rugby player Gavin Henson just announced on her official website that they welcomed a baby boy! Read up:
“Charlotte has literally just this minute phoned us to let us know that she gave birth to a little boy today. He was born just after midnight at her and Gavin’s home with Gavin in attendance at the birth.
“They haven’t yet announced a name for their son, but we can confirm that he weighed in at 7lb 5oz and that mom and baby are both doing just fine. We will of course be the first place you can find out about the baby’s name and Charlotte has promised us this will be very soon. Meanwhile we would like to offer her and Gavin our congratulations and we are sure you will join us in sending Charlotte, Gavin, Ruby and her new baby brother our best wishes.”

UH Jared, get your facts together, Ruby was born LAST year, not two years ago.
Courtney, Ruby was born in 2007. So yes, two years ago. It’s 2009 now.
What’s with all the negativity, people? Charlotte is 22 years old, an ADULT and in a committed relationship with a good man. What’s wrong with having children with the man you love? I hate this attitude of our generation that young people aren’t supposed to be married or young parents (despite the fact that 18-25 is the best time biologically to have kids), and then get called names when they do. Not everyone wants to be selfis and a party person until they’re 30! Having a family IS an accomplishment. And whether or not they get married is their choice. You have every right to be religious, but don’t bash people who aren’t. Also, it’s ridiculous to say she WOULD be on benefits IF… what’s the point?

I think he’s just a guy with really poor education, like most of the kids in England,….so I can’t really blame him for being ignorant, it’s not his fault, it’s the people around him, I think he is just having a laugh with his friends, he doesn’t mean to be malicious, he just need some goos advice from the monarchy advisers,…..yep!

I agree with #15 there’s no point in saying IF she’d not had her music career she’d be on benefits…fact is she DID have her music career & made enough money to make it comfortable for her to have kids & provide for them at that fairly early age. She’s also in an apparently stable relationship with the father so all those saying “oh it’s out of wedlock!” Who cares?! Doesn’t make them any less stable than someone who is married considering how easy it is to divorce these days. I say if it’s working then let them be…I’m happy for them.
