Jenna Fischer Covers Self Magazine

The Office funnywoman Jenna Fischer is super pretty in purple on the February 2009 cover of Self Magazine.

The 34-year-old actress took on Self‘s two-week get-healthier-and-happier challenge, which included making a tasty Crock-Pot meal, reconnecting with an old friend, and doing 25 crunches on a workday.

Of all the challenges, the BlackBerry embargo had the most lasting effects for Jenna. She shared, “While I was shooting my latest movie in New York [Solitary Man, with Michael Douglas and Danny DeVito], I left my BlackBerry in my trailer on most days. If I did bring it to the set with me, I didn’t carry it in my pocket but left it by my chair instead. My workdays have been much less stressful because of that change. I came away from my self live-better challenges with a great overall lesson: one thing at a time.
