OlderKatherine Heigl: Adopt a Pet!
Katherine Heigl visits the Los Angeles Department of Animal Care & Control on Monday (January 26) in LA, Calif.
The 30-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress made the appearance to promote pet adoption. Heigl and husband Josh Kelley already live with five dogs and recently brought home another puppy.
“I do understand people going to breeders, but what you cannot do is get a dog from a puppy mill,” Katherine recently said.
Last week, Katherine showed off her new bangs after seeing her husband perform live last Wednesday night.

Love that she backs up her words with actions. This must be about the tenth time I have seen pics of her out and about supporting rescue animals, animals shelters and animal welfare. Good for you Katherine – you rock and we love ya!
