OlderIsla Fisher is a Sassy Shopaholic
Isla Fisher (in J. Mendel) makes an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman and then hits the red carpet (in Matthew Williamson) at the premiere of Confessions of a Shopaholic at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City on Thursday (February 5).
“I sold lemonade when I first came to Los Angeles on the side of the street,” the 33-year-old actress shared about one of the ways she made a living. “Yes, we charged $2 for a glass, but we never tasted it.”
Isla shared another way she made ends meet. “I used to collect my horse’s poop and sell it (as manure) by the side of the road.”

To Jenna–she doesn’t have extentions. Her hair is just French braided off her face on one side. It also looks straighten with a hair iron.
Isla just kills me. She was trying so hard to be funny on Letterman, but she only got a few giggles. Or the way she looks so glamorous from the front, but then turns to reveal what looks like a Spanx full bodysuit from the rear. Or her explaining to Letterman the photo of her semi-exposed crotch when was cartwheeling on the beach to amuse her daughter. She’s been acting since she was a kid. How bright do you have to be to realize that, if you’re famous and on the beach, someone will try to get a crotch or nipple shot of you. I think most people would figure that out after 10 minutes of reading one of these blogs. She just strikes me as someone who gets looks great from the outside, but really doesn’t have much going on inside.

She’s fabulous. I can’t wait to see the movie. It is difficult to watch in these struggling economic times, but we need some light escapist fair so why not!
What’s with the red heads coming to LA and losing the red?
Not only can you see the top of her spanx from the back, her dress seems to not zip up all the way. She’s a pretty lady with a cute figure, she should have just gone with another dress.
