Bar Refaeli will be the 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover Model, reports Co-Ed Mag.
The 23-year-old Israeli model will be revealed as the cover model for the 2009 Swimsuit Edition on tonight’ tonight’s Late Show with David Letterman. Unfortunately, she will not be a guest on tonight’s show.
Congrats, Bar! Can’t wait to see the SI cover. We’re sure her boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio can’t wait either! ;)

I am not jealous of her at all. I in no way would want to be her. She is so reviled in her native land of Israel – she is a shallow, ugly person on the inside. She has pursued fame at all costs and it is basically dragging her down. It is sad. She will never be considered famous in her own right for good reason – she dates famous actors to get the attention. And really, she is no where near as pretty as Brooklyn Decker, Esti Ginzburg (both of whom are also in this edition of SI Swimsuit!) or Miranda Kerr. She has no style or grace, and reuses the same poses over and over. She looks so miserable all the time unless she is on a shoot and posing for the camera. Really, I think her existence is rather sad.
