Hollywood royalty Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt take the red carpet by storm as they arrive at the 2009 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (February 22).
Angie works out an Elie Saab gown, Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, Ferragamo shoes and a Lana Marks bag. Brad went with a classic Tom Ford tux and David Yurman ring, cufflinks, and shirt studs.
Angie is nominated for Best Actress for her role in Changeling while Brad is nominated for Best Actor for his role in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
Hugh Jackman is hosting the 2009 Oscars. Performers for the night also include: Anne Hathaway, Beyoncé, Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens and Amanda Seyfried & Dominic Cooper.

I was kind of hoping Angie would wear a WOW dress (like the black & yellow she wore recently), but the one she chose is still classy and she looks beautiful as always. The earrings rock though :-)

I’m so breathless to see the number one couple in HW. I was going thru 2 different channel to ensure not to miss the JP. Wow…when then arrive it was absolutely outstanding even people on the red carpet stop and look at them. She say hello,wave,hug, kiss and great peole. Beautiful. Thank you JJ. Ok…what is going on on the RC, need someone 411 all the interesting details please, just got back from Mexico an hour ago, shower, clean up and getting ready to watch the show….
they look amazing. but correct me of im wrong it looks to me like they just fought in the car about something, because they were not as “together” as they usually are and there were a few moments where she awkwardly backed away to have her photo taken alone, and when they just arrived he was talking to her but she wasn’t really listening.. i so hope that i am wrong because i’m their fan
