ever since she made those ignorant, superficial comments about the philippines, i have had a distinct bias against claire danes and cannot see her as classy in the least, despite the fact that she is given many good roles (although never does them justice). after what she said, she is nothing but a shallow, ugly person inside and out to me.
i know, i know, ‘if ur such a hatr, dn’t look!!!111!’ but i was just hoping to see if anyone else was bothered by how this actress represented herself to the press. it’s one thing to make those comments to your friends, that is who you are as a person and you can have an opinion. but to speak ill of a country to a public outlet in an interview others will read and possibly take as fact, that is something to be ashamed of and i will never support claire danes. i feel that she is undeserving of your support as well, and the amazing roles she always seems to snatch up and then fritter away.
