Emile Hirsch arrives at the 2009 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (February 22).

The 23-year-old Speed Racer star is attending the awards ceremony for his film, Milk, nominated for Best Picture. Co-star Sean Penn is nominated for Best Actor.
