OlderJulia Louis-Dreyfus Shapes Up In Bikini
Julia Louis-Dreyfus slips into a bikini in the April 2009 edition of Shape Magazine. Here’s what the 48-year-old New Adventures of Old Christine actress opened up about:
On eating smarter, not less: “Some people have it easier than others. Unfortunately, I have to work at not being fat. I’m always trying different things to see what sticks.”
On eating breakfast being her everyday strategy: “It’s hard for me to eat in the morning, But I recently discovered something I love: two eggs fried in olive oil and a slice of whole-wheat toast with honey. It tastes so good, and I don’t get crazy-hungry before lunch—that’s when I start to make bad food choices. I’ve found the key to healthy eating is finding foods you really like. That way you don’t feel ripped off when you can’t have a fattening doughnut or whatever you’re craving.”
On giving in to her splurge urge: “I have a huge sweet tooth, and I feel like I deserve a treat when I work hard. It’s important to give yourself a little of what you really want so you don’t feel like you’re in food prison. Eating in moderation keeps me sane… I have a chocolate drawer in my desk where I keep treats at all times. As long as I can have one or two pieces, I’m fine. My biggest food vice is bacon. In fact, I don’t keep bacon in my house — that would be way too tempting.”

Angelina Jolie looks older sometimes because of the strain of 2 pregnancies in 2 years, one of which with twins. And she is naturally a very thin woman. If she gains a bit of weight on her frame, she will look her age, I think.

Bikini pics now a days mean NOTHING. EVERYTHING is photoshopped so they could make Rosie O. or Ophrah have a nice body on paper, so im sure it’s not a big stretch for Julia. However, I’d like to see the REAL pics of her body..something about these just don’t look real.
