OlderHilary Duff Delivers Hunger Message
After a flight from Florida, Hilary Duff arrives at Toronto Airport in Canada on Thursday (March 5).
FYI: The 21-year-old actress/singer’s boyfriend Mike Comrie is a hockey player from Canada.
The day before (March 4), Hilary visited Tice Elementary School in Fort Myers, Florida, in support of Blessings in a Backpack, a program designed to feed elementary school children.
“You don’t have to thank me,” the Duffster told the cheering crowd of students waving paper-plate signs that read “Thank you” and “You rock.”

yeah i read this in the metro today and she’s coming to scarborough. i like this program a tonne and think it’s great she’s coming up hear and highlighting this issue, because it’s a really important thing in toronto and surrounding areas. there’s a couple of other programs like hers, but they’re all doing the same thing and it’s all for a good cause. anything that puts food in the belly of hungry kids so that they can learn and do better at school is alright with me. not all of us are priveliged. i think she’s a good person for doing this. she has some friends up here. also…she’s not paying mike to go out with her, and he’s a sexy guy either way so she’s lucky too. FLAMES WON LAST NIGHT!!!! wooohooo.

Carrie Underwood does tons of charity work. She is a great girl like Hilary. She visits hospitals, goes to schools to read, she just gave 5k to AIDS research, make a wish foundation, spca, humane society, various auctions of autographed items..the list is endless. These young stars need to use their celebrity to step out and make a difference. They are both beautiful inside and out.
