90210 starlet Shenae Grimes looks happier and healthier than ever, rocking out a pair of yellow hot pants as she heads to a power yoga class at Mark Blanchard’s studio in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 8).
The 19-year-old Canadian actress was later seen shopping at Whole Foods grocery store.
Shenae recently shared one tip on how she stays healthy. “I’m a tea drinker now!” she told JustJared.com last month. “I’m totally off coffee and Diet Coke because I heard how bad aspartame is for you. I drink all natural juices and Vitamin Water is awesome.”

shes beautiful, and her body is fine, do you want her to be chubby to like her, if people hate thin people, then why dieting is a billion dollars industry.
She looks like a normal healthy teenager to me, not too thin, obviously not overweight, just a regular kid. She could stand to quit smoking. I’m amazed that anyone smokes anymore, knowing what we know about cigarettes.
Why do people just assume she is a chain smoker? All the pictures posted of her here lately are of her going to work out and she clearly isn’t smoking in the gym so you would think she would light one up once she gets out. When she was photography a while back holding a bag of like 10 packs of smokes she could have been going to visit her dad in prison. Trust me, with a name like that her dad is definately in prison and probably black.

ok for someone who is always seen at the gym or going to the gym and had anorexia rumours…….her body isnt that great.
i thought she was a lot thinner. i never wanted her body before and i do not want it now. it is wicked untoned. its like straight up and down. and not straight up and down like model skinny like straight up and down like a sausage.
i will give her this in person she probably looks a lot better. i bet in person she looks tinier. but here she looks flabby. not fat in any means but very untoned. her legs are nowhere thick but not toned and she always is seen working out. i thought they were either gonna be pin thin or really toned like jen anistons. for her height i thought she would have a body type similar to nicole richies.
but she has one similar to hayden panniteires…nope do not want it. she is 5’3 if i was 5’3 i would rather have a body like heidi montag’s kelly rippa’s nicole richies, christina ricci, mila kunis, old school eva longoria’s (all tiny girls)
