Johnny Depp looks ultra cool in mirrored shades as he exits his hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Thursday (April 2).
The 45-year-old actor was spotted shooting his upcoming movie, The Rum Diary. (It’s the same hotel that Disney is shooting their Wizards of Waverly Place movie.)
In the film, Depp plays freelance journalist Paul Kemp who finds himself at a critical turning point in his life while writing for a run-down newspaper in the Caribbean.

The guy is 45 and looks 32! No one should judge him, he is so nice to EVERYONE! never any diva behavior from him, go criticize idiots like Russell Crowe or Julia Roberts who are horrible to fans and the public. This will be the second time Depp has played this character. The first was in 1998′s “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.” Hunter Thompson (AKA Paul Kemp) was bald some years after the alleged events in Rum Diaries… one could suppose the hairline is for the movie.
A side note, Johnny financed the funeral Rum Diary’s author. At Thompson’s request, a 150 ft tower was erected with a cannon at the top… it’s purpose… to launch Thompson’s ashes into the sky.

i was inspired when i saw fear and loathing in las vegas and am very excited about this movie but it is the third installment of hunters story fear and loathing being the second what i want to see is the unpublished prince jelly fish the first part of this epic trio but ill settle for now.
