Carrie Underwood also hits the red carpet in a one-shoulder dress at the 2009 Academy Of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand on Sunday (April 5) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The 26-year-old American Idol champ is up against Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban and George Strait for the night’s top honors, entertainer of the year (a fan-voted category this year).
During rehearsals, Carrie posed with fellow country music princess, Taylor Swift.
