OlderRedmond O'Neal Arrested for Drugs – Again
Redmond O’Neal, the son of acting couple Ryan O’Neal and Farrah Fawcett, was busted for drugs again on Sunday as the cancer-stricken actress fought for her life in a Los Angeles hospital.
Redmond, 24, was charged with possession of heroin on jail property after a routine check at a detention center, where he was visiting a friend.
Meanwhile, Ryan tells the Post that she was admitted to the hospital last week for a procedure and is not at death’s door. Still Ryan appealed to fans for their support. “Pray for her. That’s all I can say.”
Meanwhile, the Daily News reports that Redmond was at her bedside last night as the actress slipped into unconsciousness. Farrah, 62, has been battling anal cancer since 2006.

ALL of Ryan’s children have gone the drug route because RYAN has gone the drug route. He’s a poor example of what a father should be. He tricked his first wife into signing the children over to him when she had a nervous breakdown due to his fooling around with every woman he could get his hands on and look how they’ve turned out.
This young man is in for some major problems if he doesn’t wake up soon! Growing up into money doesn’t mean you’re happy or aren’t going to experiment with drugs.

This kid isn’t any worse than any other drug addict. Have we forgotten Robert Downey Jr. Yeah, he’s the golden boy now, but he had a even worse addiction. He was given MANY M ANY chances, but didn’t come out of it until HE was ready. He said it’s not hard being sober, it’s just hard deciding that you want it. So let’s not act like Redmond has somehow made the top of the worse addict list.. Drugs don’t care if you have a sick mom. I hope people continue to try to help him and he decides that his life is worth living sober.

Not all of Ryan’s children have gone the drug route. I don’t believe the son he had by actress Leigh Taylor Young had a drug problem, but I also don’t think Ryan had much to do with raising him.

I personnally think that those young rich spoiled kids should not be sent to jail but directly to Africa on a NGO or humanitarian program for 6 months to one year !

They should be there doing social job, real job with mud, death, sweat, mosquittoes, kids dying of malaria, aids and yet, kids with nothing but their everlasting smile and hope behaving decently and respectfully.

They should live there in a tent full of people struggling for their life who keep their head strong, their optimism and faith instead of drugs and are just overwelmingly happy when they can have a full plate of food every two days ! They should see those little girls of 8 – 10 years old of age, gracious, mature, carrying their baby sister, acting like full grown ups or cooking for the family because the mum is in the field working at the crops.

#22, they should be getting sterilized if they can’t get over themselves long enough to behave decently when their mothers are lying deathly ill in the hospital. I wouldn’t inflict twats like this on anyone.
