Jennifer Hudson is pregnant, two sources confirm to Essence.
The 27-year-old former American Idol contestant is engaged to David Otunga, a Harvard Law graduate and former contestant on reality show I Love New York 2. Jennifer is currently touring with Robin Thicke and their next show is April 23 at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis, Missouri.
Jennifer‘s manager and publicist have denied these pregnancy rumors but congrats to the happy couple if the rumors are true!!!

Well, managers and publicists are spin doctors – that’s what they are paid to do (They always deny everything, but the truth always comes out). So, I hope the rumor is true – it could not happen at a better time for beautiful Jennifer. Jennifer has real talent: An Oscar Award winning Actor, a tremendous voice, a successful tour, and a big handsome Lawyer fiance (Get married already!). The best part, Jennifer continues to prove Simon Cowell wrong everyday. Go JHUD!

Who says a baby always brings happiness? Sometimes a baby is a burden for those who didn’t use birth control, and a woman who gave birth doesn’t necessarily make her a mother. I know one!
When is their wedding? I hope she marries so she can be one of the first moderns to set a good example on behalf of her younger followers! We do not need to be promoting or glamorizing out-of-wedlock pregnancies in the 21st Century.
Great for her if it is true – she deserves some joy in her life.
