Chris Pine grabs an iced coffee while out and about in Los Angeles on Friday morning (May 8).
His latest sci-fi flick, Star Trek, raked in $7 million after opening at 7 p.m. yesterday (May 7). The J.J. Abrams-directed movie has earned a very very very impressive 96% ranking on Rotten Tomatoes. It’s the best ranked movie of the year so far!!!

Every percent deserved IMO, watched this movie yesterday, and it was absolutely enjoyable and entertaining, just the right mixture between humor, emotion and action. More of “Star Trek” in the future please!

I went to see Star Trek today and it was amazing. And yep, Chris is gorgeous in it, he gets a bit of a beating…alright… he spends nearly every scene gasping for breath or being punched over and over and over and over again. But its still an awesome movie.

I’m so proud of Pine. From PD2 and Just my Luck, so absolute brilliance in Star Trek. Never seen a ST show in my life, but watched the movie last night just to see Chris Pine, and my goodness he did not disappoint. I’ve liked this guy since PD2, and now i just love him a whole lot more.

Oh man I just saw Star Trek, and I”v never followed any of those kind of (sci-fi) movies and I absolutely loved it !!!!! It was amazing, definatly worth seeing 1..2..3.. times!
