Hilary Duff walks around in her pajamas while out and about in her neighborhood on Thursday (May 7) in Toluca Lake, Calif.
The 21-year-old actress just got a new tattoo!
The Duffster told In Touch at the Herve Leger event on Wednesday: “I wanted a tattoo, and you only live once. Someone came to my house, and my Mom and I did it together with a few of our friends… [My inspiration for the tattoo:] I have a hectic, crazy life. Things are crazy all around me, and I get stressed out. It’s like, I’m just one little person, let it be. And that’s what it is!”

How can you get so worn out at 21? Hilary, go away for 4 years, get a college degree, grow up a little and get some substance. Then REALLY think about what to do afterwards. This whole business of you being a ‘little’ anything is wearing thin.
