Check out these new candid shots of Ashley Olsen from the June 2009 issue of Marie Claire.
The 22-year-old Olsen twin took these shots with her cell phone and text messaged them to Joanna Coles, editor-in-chief of Marie Claire (while Joanna was watching American Idol). Famed hairdresser Mark Townsend, who gave Reese Witherspoon her bangs, is the one pictured below giving Ashley‘s hair a makeover.
Ashley is also featured in the VMAN summer issue.

i really like the haircut. for all the non forward thinkers people posting comments, you have to realize, for haircuts to look cool and (no pun intended) cutting edge in hollywood, it has to be a little out there. therefore the average person sees this to be a tad extreme. and if some people dont like this haircut and the person sporting it, then why did you come to this link anyway? why are you wasting your finger energy on a person you dont even think should be famous anymore? anyway, the olsens have always been know to be on top of the fashion/beauty evolution, so i wonder what the haters will say when they themselves get this haircut in neccesity of being on trend?.
