Kate Walsh chats with a friend as she makes her way to the Staples center in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday (May 20).
The 41-year-old Private Practice star’s estranged husband Alex Young recently attempted to subpoena the Disney/ABC network president Stephen McPherson to testify at his divorce trial. Young‘s lawyer claims the TV executive has “unique” knowledge about Walsh‘s accounts because she is employed by his network as the star of the hit medical show.
Kate is trying to block her ex from claiming alimony in their divorce battle. Her accounting firm also did not get the protective order it sought after Young has been demanding financial information, TMZ reported.

They were barely married a year why is he asking for alimony? Where is his honour or pride for that matter? I’d say the same thing if the roles were reversed.
Plus even if he got alimony isn’t there some law that states you only get alimony for half the length of the marriage? If this is so it means he would get alimony for less than a year. Is the aggravation and the lawyer fees even worth it?

That’s not her sister, it’s her friend Corinne Kingsbury, ex-wife of Damages star, Tate Donovan. They divorced last year after she reportedly kicked him out of his own house – not long after he bought her a new BMW.
The only thing she’s known for, other than being a friend of Kate’s and Tate’s ex, is for showing her t!ts in Old School.
