Scarlett Johansson is photographed by Mario Sorrenti as the new face of Mango‘s new Fall/Winter 09/10 ad campaign.
Mango tells WWD, “[Scarlett is an] extraordinary personality, fun, young. She’s Mango’s ideal urban woman, independent and cosmopolitan.”
Scarlett, 24, is taking over for Penelope Cruz, who had a four-season run with the Barcelona-based clothing company. Fittingly enough, both actresses starred in Woody Allen‘s flick Vicky Christina Barcelona.

Penelope Cruz and her sister Monica started a clothing line for Mango a few years ago, and it’s pretty cool. They also model their designs and look absolutely fabulous, unlike poor Scarlett. What a mess?
I LOVE Scarlett, but she’s about one endorsement away from becoming Beyonce. I understand that it’s all about money, but come on! There are other great actors that don’t feel the need to pimp themselves out for products…
