OlderAngelina Jolie: Injured on 'Salt' Set
Angelina Jolie was rushed to the hospital on Friday (May 29) after injuring herself on the Long Island set of her new movie, Salt.
TMZ reports the 33-year-old actress “bumped her head, getting some sort of nick in between her eyes. She bled a bit and was taken to the hospital. Her manager tells us she was doing a stunt when the incident occurred.”
The film’s production company released a statement, saying, “This morning while filming an action sequence… Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury. As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital and examined. Production on the film has resumed.”

i hate bleeding for w/e reason because it makes me queasy and i hate the sight of blood. i hope it’s just an aesthetic wound and nothing serious. she’s a strong lady.

I read that during Tomb raider she was absolutely FEARLESS when it came to stunts. She’s bad ass like that.

Like i said, see Natasha Richardson who ‘just fell’ without even apparent bruises on her head and got up seconds later smiling with zero apperent signs of brain damage .

atleast angelina jolie is a celeb. her getting injured on set is probably standard for someone doing stunts and stuff (look at channing tatum) but it’s not huge like say compared to angelina jolie is pregnant rumours. i mean and being exhausted on set is not big news, unless it’s lindsey lohan or jeremy piven.

it was probably a paper cut.
She’s most likely fine. I haven’t heard her drastically falling on her head. She probably scratched her face or head on the concrete.
