OlderFarrah Fawcett Dies of Cancer at 62
After a courageous and lengthy battle with cancer, Farrah Fawcett died Thursday morning. She was 62.
Her spokesman, Paul Bloch, said she died at 9:28AM at the St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, Calif.
At the 62-year-old actress’s bedside her longtime partner Ryan O’Neal and actress pal Alana Stewart.
Farrah, best known as one of TV’s Charlie’s Angels, was diagnosed with anal cancer back in September 2006.

Her documentary regarding her battles was breathtaking! I love Farrah so much for her strength. She was such a fighter. So easy to be just a pretty face but she was atropper, a painter, a fighter and so much smarter than anyone imagined. Such an exotic beauty. She was Lebanese interestingly enough but everyone associated her with being this All American girl – but in fact her Dad was 100% Lebonese. That is why she was all American but yet exotic at the same time. I loved Jill on Charlie’s Angels. God bless you Farrah and may God enjoy your pretty smile in heaven. Rest in peace.
My thoughts and prayers to her family and friends. I am glad she is in a pain free place now but we will miss her dearly. She was a brave and beautiful lady.
