    This was a lovely tribute; better than Mariah’s (to listen to).
    So far, her, Jermaine & John have done great.

  • Carol

    Why she’s wearing white clothes ?

  • Camila

    Amazing Woman!! The best of the Memorial MJ

  • Lea

    @Carol:

    In my family it is beleived that a pregnant woman must not wear black if she has to go to a funeral..it’s bad luck. Also in other part of the world they mourn in white too….

  • phil

    she freakin’ killed it! amazing. bravo.

  • pump it

    Girl can sure sing. What a let down Mariah Carey was. WOW I never knew what a poor singer she actually was. Sick? Hmm not sure but was very disappointing.

  • tonton

    She was HORRIBLE and so was Mariah.

    The only decent one so far was his brother.

    Horrid women singers

  • bambam

    Jennifer was awesome, Mariah has technical and vocal difficulty. Did Jermaine mix up the lyrics to SMILE? I thought I heard him sing: Light up your face with sadness? Hide every trace of gladness???

  • Jermaine

    She sucked

    Though I did not grow up in his music, I will grow up in the legend this man has left behind. He was and is today and probably always will be the king of pop. Rest in Peace MJ, the world will miss you for many years to come.

  • we are the world

    “We are the world” is one of the most touching songs I have ever heard and the people who were there singing, honoring him and supporting his familly made it all even more beautiful.

  • lala

    Jennifer did an excellent job and wearing white to a funeral during the Summer is fine. I must say Mariah disappointed me with her performance.

  • Tarynd

    I think she did an ok job but you half to say that Paris Michaels daughter just fill the room with tears there was not a dry eye in the audience after those words she gave. my best wishes to Paris and Michael JR and Prince and the rest of the Jackson family. It was a very emotional and touching time.

  • God ,MJ,and

    Jordan Chandler and his family and the other boy’s family only really knows…

    Jennifer was great.Loved the backup singers and dancers.

  • Meghan

    i have to agree, when Paris went up. I bawled, it was too emotional. The whole thing was emotional.

  • we are the world

    @Tarynd – we could clearly see what an wonderful daddy Michael represents on his daughter’s life, on his children’s life.

  • Tarynd

    Another thing if that woman debbie rowe tries to take those childern away from there one true family i be f@!#$$% P!$$ed after seeing paris speak and lean on janet. you cant say debbie rowe is the rightful person to take care of those childern. it would be just so in humain to tear them away from people who care about them most.

    I did’nt like her performance because it was too rough or hard, I wouldn’t know how to call it. She or perhaps nobody could achieve the softness and sweetness of Michael’s tranquil voice…. Something missing in this generation, think about it… Cheers from South America…

    We will always treasure you dear Michael…

  • boogie

    she was ok

  • Anne

    i say she killed it. her voice is so strong and powerful and mariah…i just don’t know what she was trying to do. maybe the sound guys were messing up the mikes or something, but jennifer definitely made me turn my head.

  • Bee

    My fave performance! She was awesome, and Mariah not so much. The last words spoken by Michael at the end of this performance were so touching I was crying

  • LuckyL

  • ACJ

    @tonton:

    STOP IT!!!!! Follow Michael Jackson’s legacy and example. He wanted us to have peace and to love one another, and not pass judgement on others, go find something good to do like volunteering or supporting a good cause. SMILE and may GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!

  • mm

    I feel it was a very nice well put together memorial for Michael Jackson. Everyone did a great job honoring him for all the inspiring things he did.I myself thank him,and know in my heart that he is in a better place.May God bless his family during this hard time……..

  • ron

  • gogo

    @Tammy:
    Horrible, who were you listening to. Go get your ears checked.
    Oh and stop drinking hater-ade.

  • Indigo

    You know, I lost interest in Michael after ‘Thriller’, when he started going really pecular looking. But I must say that IMO this was a beautiful memorial for a very unique person. May he rest eternally peacefully, after all the madness here on earth. I loved Jermaines ‘Smile’; he did it really beautifully under very difficult circumstances. I wish I could say the same for Mariah! Her ‘performance’ was ****! And Jennifers contribution was wonderful. This is something that Michaels kids can look back on during the coming years, with pride. It was a very tastefully presented (except for Mariahs huge t*ts hangin’ out, all over the stage!) salute to ‘the king of pop’.
