Megan Fox dons an Express tee and carries around her iPhone as she searches for a new home with a real estate broker in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (July 12).

Since the 23-year-old Transformers actress has been making the big bucks, she looked at a handful of homes, mostly in the $2-3 million range.

Megan‘s upcoming sci-fi thriller Jennifer’s Body opens in theaters nationwide on Friday, September 18.
