OlderPolice Remove Mischa Barton From Her Home
Los Angeles Police removed Mischa Barton from her West Hollywood home on Wednesday afternoon because of a “medical issue” .
“We responded to her home last night on a medical issue,” Officer April Harding tells Us Weekly. “We assisted with it. She was removed from her home.”
FYI: Mischa was charged in February 2008 with DUI and marijuana possession. She was sentenced to 36 months probation, told to attend alcohol education classes and pay a fine.
Ms. Barton has a new show on The CW coming out this fall called A Beautiful Life about living life as a supermodel.

Mischa is just having complications after she had her wisdom teeth removed. Everyone carries on like she’s a druggie and is having a Britney Spear’s breakdown. Honestly now. Leave Mischa alone and let her get better!

THE POLICE R NOT SO STUPID TO DO THAT. THEIR FIRST QUESTION WOULD BE “ARE YOU ON ANY MEDICATION OR DO YOU HAVE AN ILLNESS LIKE DIABETES WHERE YOU SUFFER SEIZURES, ETC?”
IF THAT WERE THE CASE, WHY WERE THE POLICE CALLED TO THE HOME? WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD CALL?? WHY WAS SHE SENT FOR PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION, RATHER THAN JUST THE EMERGENCY ROOM OF THE HOSPITAL?
BUT MAINLY, WHY WERE THE POLICE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
