Rachel Bilson is seen out and about after leaving a studio in Hollywood on Thursday (July 16).
Yesterday, the 27-year-old actress posed for a Signature magazine photo shoot. Later in the evening, she and Vogue hosted the 1-year anniversary party for 3.1 Phillip Lim’s L.A. store.
Rachel wore a rose gold liquid lamé double breasted peaked lapel blazer with rose gold liquid lamé relaxed twisted cuff harem shorts and a black silk henley ruffle top.

I do love this sundress. First thing I liked seeing her wear. I hate the boots and denim jacket she is paring with the dress. Stupid!
Hmmm?? Still white. No Bahamas she was at. I think she was laying low in Hollywood for a while getting her all the sudden full lips botoxed and teeth whitened and looks a little thinner. Possibly doing some body sculping with a personal trainer. To me. She looks more toned up, white bright smile and big lips. That is JIMPO.

Her neck is puffy when compared to her face. She has a very puffy neck and why is she so white. What’s with that then? Has she been hiding in a cupboard somewhere? My 11 year old cousin wears clothes like that. That’s like clothes for a kid she’s wearing.
Actually she has a really ugly neck. I looked at the pics and her neck just gets fatter. Maybe she has a thyroid condition.
