OlderMischa Barton To Get A 'Beautiful' Replacement?
Producers of the upcoming model-centric drama The Beautiful Life are casting to fill the void left by Mischa Barton, who was placed under psychiatric hold last week.
According to EW, the contingency plan is to add a new female character to the show and not directly recast Mischa‘s character, supermodel Sonja Stone.
Production on Beautiful Life will begin July 31. It was originally scheduled to start on July 22 but was not postponed to Mischa’s medical problems (the show says some sets were not completed on time).

Thank you Rob, but I think we all know the evils of drugs. Still, if people want to get into drugs, there is not much that can be done to stop them. Poor Mischa!! The girl needed a job, got one and then messed up. She’s going the same way as Lindsay. Two hot messes!! At least Mischa is in the psych ward and perhaps she will stay there until she gets well . . . completely well!!

Well on the show she plays a drug addict, alcoholic model, i mean seriously? That is the last show on earth she should be part of right now!

I hope she gets better soon- I can’t imagine being her age and dealing with what these teen celebs have to deal with. Growing up is hard enough with out having breakdowns in front of the whole world.

The production should have started onJuly 22….as if the producers could not have found a pretty ,,thin,,model to take her place.
Barton needs no chances.She blew her chance at the good and easy life.
yeah this t.v. show was the only thing she had going for her and now she has nothing i just hope she getts back on her feet and trys to find a new job
