I don’t believe they’re actually staying in urban, crowded Naples. They’re south of their, on the Amalfi Coast, closer to Salerno. They probably just flew into Naples which is the nearest major airport. Maybe they spent a little time in the city seeing some sights, but no one spends their vacations there, not with world class resort hotels on the Mediterranean so close.
There are some incredibly gorgeous resorts in the Amalfi area. I’ve spent time there, and from the pictures, that’s where they are.
They are two of the biggest publiciity whores I have ever seen. They don’t get married because they don’t love each other enough, and know it would end in divorce so why try to make a more stable family? Naomi was turning 40 and needed to have kids right away, Liev was there to save face after Heath went and had a kid with Michelle so she had kids with him.

they make the cutest kids, I can’t think of any cuter in Hollywood, they both look to little cherub angles.
