Blake Lively is the Kissing Bandit

The 21-year-old Gossip Girl actress was spotted kissing at least two different boys on the Upper West Side of New York City on Monday morning (July 27). Blake was seen kissing costar Sebastian Stan (also Leighton Meester‘s real-life boyfriend) and her other costar Penn Badgley (also her real-life boyfriend). Lots of kissing going on!!!

Also spotted on set: Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester kissing and downing a bottle of vintage Dom Perignon champagne.

UPDATE: Blake is toting around the Treesje “The Jovi” Handbag in Turquoise.

Yeah, I’m going to be honest too. Gossip Girl is a pretty bad show, and the acting is pretty awful too. I just watch it, because I like a good scandal. I’ll stop watching if they get Dan & Serena back together again though. They are horrible together!!!

so if you think about it.. everyone on this show has kissed each others gf/bf … leighton with ed who is with jessica in real life who kissed penn who is with blake in real life who is now kissin sebastian stan who is with leighton in real life.. and add chace who is practically the man ***** cause he kissed all of them but is with no one.. haha gawd i love this show
