Rihanna works out a sheer black top (with pink star pasties!) while dining at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City on Tuesday (July 28).
JustJared.com later saw the 21-year-old Bajan beauty at Katy Perry‘s awesome concert held at NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom.
I spotted Rihanna with her hands up in the air and dancing to “Hot & Cold”! She also sang along to “UR So Gay.” RiRi sat next to Melania Trump and her husband The Donald! Below are my craptastic photos of them sitting next to each other. Rihanna left the concert after the finale (“I Kissed A Girl”) and gave each of the Trumps a peck of the cheek.
FYI: Rihanna is wearing “Jayne Shoulder Pads Top” and “Astrid Tube Mini Skirt” — both by Torn by Ronny Kobo. She accessorized with an original Mateo Bijoux zipper necklace.

I love Katy. She’s so fun in interviews and strikes me as a very sweet person. She’s very likeable.
@Brittany: Rewarding a talentless ho is not moving society further. It’s actually a step backward for the music industry. Bring back the real talent and stop rewarding someone just for their looks.

@No Doubt: I love entertainers who are very good at making the music AND performing it. Be good at being creative, be good at performing, and be good at entertaining your crowd. THAT is what makes a wonderful musician. It shows the person cares about their craft and cares about their fans. It’s IMPORTANT.
I think she’s gone too short with the hair. Very few women can work a balding or bald look and Rihanna is not one of them. It takes the bloom off her beauty.
