Seinfeld creator Larry David has opened up to Extra about the much-anticipated Seinfeld cast reunion on the new season Curb Your Enthusiasm
On if the cast had to be talked into this special reunion: “No, they seem very amenable to it. Jerry was really enthusiastic about it. ”
On what will fans expect from the show: “You’re going to see the cast as themselves in a Curb episode with Curb stories so it’s this strange kind of blending of the two shows. You get two for one… They’re not in every show. They will be in five episodes in the season, that’s a good chunk. I really think people are going to get a kick out of it.”
The seventh season of Curb Your Enthusiasm kicks off @ 9PM ET/PT on Sunday, Sept. 20th.

I used to love “Seinfeld,” now I find it boring. I can’t even sit through five minutes of an ep. They are such an annoying group! Love CYE, but I don’t think I’ll be watching this.

For all we know they ALL could be racist lol. No one thought Michael Richards was racist until he had a meltdown or Mel Gibson. Fact is you never know who y ou’re dealing with unless they slip. I liked Michael Richards in Seinfeld and would have no problem with him being in the new show, if there is one. No doubt there is a little of what he said in a lot of people whether they want to admit it in public or not. People are not always in public like they are in private. Can we say DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER. This goes both ways Black and White and the colors in between. There aren’t many adults who can say they have NEVER used a racial slur. Even if they haven’t said it to a person of another race directly, they’ve said it in conversation, as a joke or behind the wheel as a road rage driver lol. Racism is a fact of life; not talking about it or denying it’s existence is counter productive. We can’t change what we don’t acknowledge.
Stupid show. Hated it. Never thought it was one bit funny. Can’t believe they’re thinking of brining it back.
