No! Janette should’ve won. Jeanine doesn’t have the best technique. Her lines don’t extend all the way like Kayla’s. I’m so disappointed in this season. Only one of Jeanine’s dances stood out, and it was the If It Kills Me routine. Can’t believe she won! She should’ve left a long time ago, if it weren’t for Nigel’s ogling eyes.

Kayla was the best girl dancer, she was gorgeous, graceful, strong and had such great emotion while dancing. The addiction routine was amazing.

Congrats to Jeanine! She is a wonderful dancer with a great personality! Remember, it’s america’s favorite dance, not the best, or did the judges not drill that into the viewer’s heads all season long!!! Congrats to Jeanine!!!

Im sorry to those who love Jeanine, but KAYLA deserved to win. Nigel said himself that through any type of dance Kayla was always at the top or near the top of the list. She brought beauty, grace, personality and OVERALL TALENT AND TECHNIQUE.God knows why evan of all people got into the finale, I wouldve prefered Ade or Jason.

UGH! if janine didnt have phillip as a partner in the beginning she never would have made it far. kayla was definitely the stronger dancer.

who watched this season? their ratings were horrible. the dancers this season weren’t even remotely close to being as good as the dancers last season.

Jeanine wasn’t my favorite but she has an awesome personality and she’s got talent. My favorites from the beginning were Kupono and Kayla and I also thoroughly enjoyed watching Brandon dance, so I would’ve preferred seeing Kayla or Brandon win. I definitely don’t think Evan deserved to get as far as he did based on his dancing, but he really was a fan favorite and that’s what the show is all about. The addiction and breast cancer dances were flipping both amazing.

I know a dancer is good when I forget who they are when they are dancing. When they take on a character or emotion that pushes aside their own personality – jeanette, kayla, brandon and ade did that for me. Kayla had plenty of personality during her dances – it was her off the dance floor personality (shyness?) that Nigel was focused on. Jeanine had a great personality but she was always Jeanine to me when she danced. Sorry jeanette, kayla, brandon and ade – you deserved better.

Those of you saying ratings for this show are down are grossly misinformed. The show consistently won highest ratings for Fox on both Wednesday and Thursday nights this season. It even got higher ratings on this night:

I imagine Melissa nad Adae will have lots of offers too. It was a great season and I can’t wait till September to start it all over again. Definitely my favorite show.

This is so messed up! I was so sad and shocked to see Ade go! Can’t figure what people see in Evan that got him to thirda place. Jeanine didn’t catch my attention until last night with that Mia Michael’s dance. Either Kayla and Brandon should have won! It should have been Kayla, Brandon, Ade, and Jeanette.

i just first want to state that the whole premise of the show is to find america’s FAVORITE dancer. its not to have america choose who the best dancer is. the person who wins doesn’t have to be the best as far as technique goes. instead of having the best technique they do need to be able to dance but they also have to have that special something that pulls an audience in and makes the audience fall in love with them. i’m happy that jeanine won. i wanted it to be either her or evan because they could dance but they also had personality and were funny. kayla is a good dancer when someone else choreographed her dances but all of her solos were too frantic and didn’t have the performance level or fluidity that a lot of the other dancers had when performing. also to whoever said that jeanine only had one stand out performance obviously did not watch enough of the show. both of her hip hop performances with philip were amazing…i loved the one where they were chained together! she also had a great paso doble on the last show and her dance with ade where i think they did a cha cha or samba was great on her part too. also her solos were great which is something that kayla wasn’t able to deliver. jeanine’s last solo was amazing because as a former classical dancer i understand just how hard it is to keep turning and stay on your toe. i’m happy jeanine won! woohoo!

I love Jeanine, and I am so happy that she won. She deserves this, and I love how she was an underdog and no one really saw her coming!!!! Each week she continued to grow, and each week the judges kept shoving down our throats Kayla this, Brandon that, Jeanette this…..and look what happens BAM Jeanine comes in like a fircracker and just explodes not only as a dancer but as a performer too. This girl has personality *cough her acceptance speech LMAO loved it* Her solos were very diverstile musicality wise, and technique wise. She outshined all the girls! I just could not see why Kayla was made out to be this AMAZING dancer when in all honesty the girl could not put together a decent solo. Yes, give her choreography and she can dance it but otherwise it’s just FAIL. You can’t deny Brandon the guy is a freakin powerhouse on stage! Again YAY for Jeanine, and overall it was a great season!

OMFG!!!! i cant believe jeanine won……. This is so unfair……..Brandon so should have won, he was so damn GOOD!!!!!! and seeing that a girl won, it should have been janette or kayla….they were way better and they totally deserve to win………EVAN in 3rd place?!?!?! over kayla?!?!? this season is messed up……..

And one more thing: Ade should’ve been voted off just for wearing that STUPID PICK in his hair all season: So lame!!!

I really liked caitlin she is prettier than jeanine plus Jason was caitlin boy and I hated that they kissed

Janette should have won…she was by far the best…to bad she was eliminated so quickly…but between these 4 i would loved Brandon to win. And i still don’t get it how Evan still remained in the contest???? beats me:)..anyway grate season:)..keep up;)

I’d never watched this show in my life but caught the finale tonight and even i could tell the blonde was the best dancer! ROBBED.

Nigel – that wasnt fair of you to push for Janine like you did – She wasnt the top dancer – - You might as well just cut her a check for 250K and not had the contests. I have always liked you Nigel – but you ruined the season for millions. Brandon and Kayla – were far better

Kayla deserved to win. She is a seasoned, sophisticated, pure dancer. As well, she performed and behaved professionally. Jeanine was bubbly and also a great dancer, however she her movements were not as fluid and graceful as Kayla’s. I enjoyed watching Jeanine because she did was fun, however I lost total respect for her when she punched, slapped and belittled Evan during the last runoff show.

Evan is a true star. He worked so hard to overcome his short falls and handled constant criticism and ridicule so gracefully.

I’m disappointed in the results, however I realize that America’s kids are fast with those text keys. It’s great that they are so involved in such a great craft.

KAYLA, KAYLA, KAYLA! She should have won hands down. Just play the duet that she and Jeanine did (in slow motion) and you will see how much higher her jumps are, how much more extended her split jumps are, how much better her toe point, etc etc. The judges definitely swayed the votes with their comments. They should keep their opinions more neutral when it get to the final ten.

Yes!!! She is absolutely adorable and such a beautiful dancer! Kayla was my favorite in the very beginning but really seemed to think a lot of herself and didn’t shine in personality…. Janine has the whole package. Yay!

Jeanine is adorable and never let things go to her head. She peaked and blossomed at the right time. Kayla = a wet blanket. Not only is she a wet blanket, but her dancing lacked creativity and fluidity. Janette should have been in Kayla’s place in the top 4….
JEANINE IS AMERICA’S FAVORITE *FAVOOOOOORITE DANCER* know one said she had to be the best because that title goes to Brandon. Jeanine proved herself and to America why she was exactly in the finale and why she came out on top! I am so happy that she won!

Since Janette wasn’t in the final four, i was rooting for Brandon, he was the strongest dancer, never really messed up anything.
Jeanine, meh. She was okay, nothing really special about her.

real dancers/ choreographers know that jeanine is mediocre. she cheats. she’s not naturally flexible so she’s always opening her hip to get leg height. she’s not strong enough to carry her body weight that’s why she couldn’t jump AND she had no confidence when she danced with better dancers like kayla or brandon. she’s a dance school/ convention competitor.
jeanine is one of those spoiled rich girls with no talent who’s parents always bully the teacher to put their daughter in the front row.

brandon and kayla would have moved mountains with that prize money. now they have to dance for the stupid tour for free, make nigel and his producers alot of money but walk away with injuries & empty pockets.

Jeanine was good, but kayla really sucked, I mean she had nnnooooo persnality and evan was not the best, but he was cute. I think Brandon should have won though he deserved it.

I thought Kayla was the better dancer and the most beautiful interpreter of dance and that she should have won!

Kayla or Brandon should have won! Evan should have been booted before Ada as well. She only got as far as she did because of her parters and her looks, not her dancing ability. I hate this “call in your votes system” it doesn’t seem fair. All the judges/ choreographers should have been the ones to vote. Jeannine probaly had some computer guru jamming the phone lines.

I am not even American… which I pride myself in, however, I agree with many pple in the fact that it was America’s favorite dancer who won… clearly it was because Jeanine got the most votes. And to the people who are pissed that Kayla didn’t win, it was your own faults for not voting for her. Jeanine was a great dancer, with personality, and she won because she got the most votes :) So congrats

Kayla or Brandon should have won! I believe the problem this year were the judges. Throughout the season they kept having favorites and letting America know who they were. Although Kayla always got rave reviews for her dancing, her personnality was always criticized for no reason. Same thing for Brandon, he got great reviews for his dancing but never too much fuss was made about him. They always pointed out Jeanine’s qualities even when her dancing sucked, a big fuss was always done on how sexy she was.
I must admit…that I might skip the next season…

Absolutely no way did the right person win. If it was about the BEST dancer winning, she was voted off weeks ago, being Janette. It’s about American’s FAVORITE dancer – which in my opinion was so obviously Evan. I wish him the best!

KAYLA CAM IN LAST!?!?!? WHAT!!!!!! I thought she was going to win! I hated Evan and am pretty happy he came in 3rd if not last…but jeanine was also a great dancer and am glad she won but definitely would have preferred kayla.

wtf was Evan doing in the top 3…there was no way he should’ve been there! He sucked, even the judges didn’t think he should’ve been there. Jeanine was ok, but Jeanette, Brandon and Uda were the top. Kayla was a beautiful dancer and deserved to be there, but i thought the top dancers who should’ve won, weren’t apart of the top 4. That’s a shame, that’s pop TV. So lame!

Although Jeanine and Kayla are very lovely and highly talented, the real winner is if course Evan. This guy just has everything going for him. 50 years back, choreographers and film producers would have been queuing up to book Evan! I really do admire this guy’s talent!

Jeanine was lovely but first and second place should definitely jave been between Kayla and Evan, the modern day Ginger Rogers and Gene Kelley. They know how to dance, move gracefully and interpret the music. Such lovely style and control combined with a cheeky witt. None of this senseless jumping and leaping about the stage which means nothing to the viewer. Kayla and Evan, you two are best dancers to come into the new era of American dance. I look forward to following your dance careers. GO FOR IT… Go FOR IT… Go FOR IT…

Brandon should have been the winner cos he brought out all the dancers.
The judges did not do the right thing.

Evan was by far the OUTRIGHT winner, but I suppose they didn’t want another guy to win the series. GO EVAN… you were fantastic all the way!!!
