Cameron Diaz and costars Sofia Vassilieva and Abigail Breslin pick up the Choice Summer Movie award for My Sister’s Keeper at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday afternoon (August 9) in Universal City, Calif.
The 36-year-old actress wore a grey Alexander McQueen dress, blue Pierre Hardy peep-toe pumps, Hysteric Glamour bracelet, Alexis Bittar ring and vintage bag.

I loved Sister’s Keeper, but let’s face it, they won because ALL 3 WERE THERE TO ATTEND.

Cameron seriously needs some new deodorant. she always has HUGE pit stains. and she needs to quit smoking, its causing her skin to wrinkle more then it should be. she was so much prettier when she was in theres something about mary.

i don’t care about the pit stains, she’s human, nobody’s perfect. although there’s a study that people who have really high metabolism tend to sweat more, obviously cameron has a crazy metabolism, her body is enviable. god she’s looking gorgeous!

@sam: Agreed with Sam! Pit stains are normal, being able to smell someones pits are not. I doubt they stink, so whatever.
Gorgeous! Her skin looks a lot better, perhaps she’s had some work done, nothing too much though, you can still see some lines around her eyes, I think those are cute!

She looks a lot better here in these pics. Definitely had some work done. Very subtle but you can still tell from how different she looks comparing to earlier this year. Love that dress.
Wow…what did Cameron Diaz to her face, she looks soo youthful and evened out! Botox, face peel…whatever she did it looks nice!
