The happy couple joined friends to celebrate Spencer‘s 23rd birthday at Cut restaurant at the Beverly Wilshire hotel on Friday (August 14) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Heidi‘s gift to her husband was to pose for Playboy, so she gave him the featured copy with a bow on it!
She also arranged for a machine gun birthday cake, which Spencer obviously loved!
