OlderBlake Lively Goes To 'Town' With Ben Affleck
Blake Lively does a bit of location scouting for her new movie The Town on Saturday (August 22) in Boston, Mass.
The 21-year-old Gossip Girl actress is co-starring alongside Mad Men‘s Jon Hamm, Jeremy Renner, and Ben Affleck, who’s also directing. Blake is set to play the sister of Renner‘s character.
Renner has told ModBee, “I play a robber in The Town, which is based on the novel ‘Prince of Thieves’ about a group of career bank robbers. One of the robbers falls in love with a girl we rob. So it’s a great crime thriller and romance. It’s a lot of fun.”

Has anybody read the book? I wasnt surprised at the other casting of this movie, but I was when she was cast as Krista. It will be quite a strech for her to play a hard-bitten Bostonian crack-*****. I hope she’s up to it. She plays the chick Ben Affleck’s character can’t get away fast enough from because she’s so messed up on booze and drugs.

She doesn’t need to lose any weight to be a model. Why would she want to be a model anyway, she’s got a successful television career and looks like she’s trying to move into movies. Both of these careers let her get magazine covers and earn her a pretty penny – why waste her time with modeling – she’s got actual talent!
