Lady Gaga vamps it up in an avant garde Jean Paul Gaultier dress at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday (September 13).
The 23-year-old singer, who will perform on tonight’s broadcast, is nominated for nine Moonmen tonight for Poker Face and Paparazzi. She ties Beyoncé for most nominations this evening – good luck to both ladies tonight!
