OlderAngelina Jolie: Ethiopia Visit With Zahara and Shiloh
For Zahara Jolie-Pitt, a recent family trip to Africa also turned into a visit to her world back home.
Angelina Jolie took a side trip during a goodwill mission to Kenya, flying to Ethiopia for two days with daughters Zahara, 4, and Shiloh, 3. This was the first time Z had returned to her home country since being adopted four years ago.
“One priority for them on the trip was looking for a place to build a TB and AIDS clinic in Zahara‘s name,” People reports – Z‘s big brother Maddox, 8, already has an organization in his name in Cambodia that aids ill and underprivileged kids.
Angelina, a Goodwill Ambassador, also visited Dabaab Refugee Camp on her trip, a camp that over 300,000 Somali refugees call home.

Oh come on Jared! It is hard for me to believe you don’t know about The Maddox Jolie-Pitt Millennium Project. It encompasses a humongous area of some 200+ square MILES, an area that houses 6,000 people. AJ has built schools, health clinics, orphanages, a soy milk factory. The MJPMP employs over 70 people to discourage poaching in the mountains there that are one of the last refuges of the Asian tiger in Cambodia. They also fund The Maddox Chivan Childrens’ Health Care Clinic in Phnom Phen.
