OlderHugh Jackman's Forearm Tattoo Explained!
Hugh Jackman sports a tattoo of a nude mermaid on the forearm of his right arm, but don’t be alarmed, it’s not real!
A reliable source tells JustJared.com that the tattoo is just for his Broadway play, “Steady Rain,” co-starring Daniel Craig. Hugh wears a short-sleeved shirt throughout the show, so you can see the tattoo the whole time.
“Denny (his character from the play) got the tattoo before he got married,” the source tells Just Jared.
According to Variety, the show has made $3 million in advance sales already from American Express cardmembers who took advantage of an exclusive presale before the public could even purchase tickets.
Maybe Hugh should keep the tattoo as a memento of the play’s success!

You should respect it aswell. I even plan on getting tats myself later :p ….. Okay, back to the subject, Hugh is hot ANYWAY.

At least Hugh can cover up the fake tat if he’s fed up with it – poor Dan has to wear the walrus mustache until the end of the play and can’t hide it, lol.
From what I’ve read so far, the play is getting raving reviews, and it’s brilliant for both actors that all their hard work (and tats and mustaches) have paid off! Congratulations!
