Penelope Cruz Covers 'Vanity Fair' November 2009

Penelope Cruz brings sexy back to the November 2009 cover of Vanity Fair. With two hot new movies and a whole lot of va-va-voom, here’s what the 35-year-old actress opened up about:

On who is a better kisser — Vicky Cristina Barcelona‘s Scarlett Johansson or Head in the Clouds’ Charlize Theron: “No matter how I answer that I will be in trouble Both were pretty beautiful partners.”

On having anxiety, despite coming off so fearless on-screen: “I’ve always been a worrier. Since I was a little girl I’ve always felt that if I had a moment of peace I’d wonder: Are you sure you can afford to feel like this?”

Yes, we live in aphotoshoped world anyway an i bet it was the magazine’s decision. It hurts a little to see what they have made to her nose… She’s natural and down to earth and luckily she does not need any surgery.

It doesn’t even look like Penelope Cruz it’s so photoshopped.

I am impressed by the envy of people in this blog.
It’s at these times that you realize that this place is dominated by people ugly and empty.

She is beyond gorgeous.

She’s not Latina, she’s Spanish.

Holy Photoshop!

There was a pic of recently in some black pants, like the stretch kind and people assumed she was pregnant because well, she looked it. She didn’t however look at all like this cover does. So funny.

@[☆I n F a m o u s☆]:

People are called latin because the language they speak come from Latin. One of them is spanish. Other examples: italian, french, etc.
Gosh, thank life “ignorance” is not a crime because many of you would be sentenced for life

I can’t recognize the person on that cover!

Who is this woman and what has she done with Penelope Cruz??!!

Thumb up Thumb down 0

she looks good but i just dont like the way they used makeup on her eyes

She looks great.

This is an excellent cover. People involved on media know that no matter how many Photoshop you use, you need glamour to get glamour. She’s a young talent girl, smart woman and not blonde (no matter if she’s not Latina, just Spaniard) which make her success more interesting. Well done guys.

@Common Sense: That was a dumb statement to make. You know perfectly well that the expression ‘Latina’ is used to apply to people from America. It does not apply to Spaniards, or the Portuguese, for that matter. Whenever a French or Italian woman is mentioned here no one refers to her as a ‘latina.’ And don’t forget the people from Romania; Why isn’t anyone calling them ‘latinas.’ Romanian is a romance language. God, the ignorance of Norte Americanos.

@anatomika: If a brunette already successful international film actress from Italy, France, or Romania were to make a name for herself in Hollywood, would you say her success was ‘interesting?’

Love her so much. She looks beautiful. Can’t wait to see nine. I am so glad to see that her career is finally taking off. She has always been a great actress in foreign films and I am glad that Hollywood is finally noticing and giving her some good roles!

You make me think being called latino(a) is like a crime and also makes think that you would rather being called killers or thieves instead of using this word.
It’s a shame how humanity has lost its values. Remember that a simple word doesn’t make you a better or worst person. We are the same, we have the same needs and we live in the same world, sorry you’ll have to deal with it.

What in the world are you talking about? Calling you dumb was a bit much, but still, what are you talking about?
