True Blood hunk Alexander Skarsgard wraps his arm around co-star Rhys Coiro on the set of his new movie, Straw Dogs, in Shreveport, Louisiana on Friday (October 2).
Here’s the report from Hollywood Elsewhere: “Today’s visit to the Straw Dogs interior sound-stage set in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana was a fascinating burrow; ditto visiting the exterior of the farmhouse, located in the fictional Mississippi town of Blackwater, that David and Amy Sumner (James Marsden, Kate Bosworth) move into, live in and then, during the third act, defend in a violent siege by five locals (James Woods, Alexander Skarsgard, Drew Powell, Rhys Coiro, Billy Lush). Except I’m not allowed to write about anything except in a general way, so here’s some aroma & atmosphere.”

He and Kate are supposed to be Southern? On no.
With his horrible attempt at an accent on True Blood, and with Kate’s horrible talent, this movie will make my ears bleed.

Alex is not supposed to have a southern accent on True Blood. Alex is a very talented actor and I have seen him in several fílms. I haven’t seen enough of Kate Bosworth to have an opionon of her acting skills.
